Dr. David Teis - Senior Pastor

Our pastor, David Teis, is a native of the Las Vegas Valley. As a young man the Lord gave him a burden to see the city of Las Vegas reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ. He attended Bible College in Lynchburg, VA where he met his wife Anna. Upon graduation they moved back to Las Vegas to start a church. On September 11, 1977 Liberty Baptist Church opened it's doors to 68 people.

Pastor Matt Teis - Executive Pastor

Pastor Matt is the oldest son of Pastor Teis. Since graduating from Pensacola Christian College in 2000, he has led the youth ministry, young adult ministry, and out reach programs of Liberty Baptist Church. He and his wife Breanna were married in June 2002. They have three daughters Ashlynne, Bethany, and Charlotte. Pastor Matt currently serves as the Executive Pastor at Liberty Baptist Church.

Pastor John Shorer - Associate Pastor

Pastor Shorer was born in Milwaukee, WI. He received a bachelor’s degree of fine arts in instrumental music, it was during this time that he met his wife Jan. After graduation they moved to Overton, NV to begin a teaching career. After nine years of teaching he accepted the invitation to serve as principal of Liberty Baptist Academy. In 2004, he received a Masters degree in educational administration from Pensacola Christian College. The Shorers have two children Megan and Caleb.

Pastor Andy Coté - Spanish Pastor

Pastor Andy was raised in southern Oregon and saved at a young age through the ministries of Harvest Baptist Temple of Medford Oregon. He studied Spanish in High School and continued through college, and then the mission field as a Missionary Intern in the country of Honduras. He is a 2006 graduate of West Coast Baptist College and was married in 2007 to his wife Brissa. In 2007, Pastor Cote' joined the staff of Liberty as the Spanish minister.

Pastor Neal Berkey - Children's Pastor

Brother Yann Lemasson - IT/Media Ministry Director

Yann Lemasson graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Pensacola Christian College. After Graduation, he married his college sweetheart Jeanna and they both served on staff at Pensacola Christian College. It was during this time that the Lord burdened Yann's heart about serving in Church Ministry full time. After much prayer and council the Lord led him and his wife to serve at Liberty Baptist Church in the fall of 2008. Yann serves as the IT Administrator and High School Math Teacher, and he is also involved in the preaching, and discipleship ministry of Liberty Baptist Church. He and his wife have a son named Yann-Pierre.
